Daniel Shea is a Planning and Development Surveyor and the founder of O'Shea Estates Limited, an independent land and planning consultancy based in Poole, Dorset. Daniel graduated from university in 2020 and became chartered in 2023. Prior to founding O'Shea Estates, he joined a number of house builders, gaining diverse experience within their land and planning departments — work that gave him a grounding in how sites move from identification through to delivery. Daniel founded O'Shea Estates to bring together planning and development consultancy with practical land agency expertise, helping landowners, developers and investors make well-informed decisions about their sites — from early feasibility through to commencement. Throughout his career, Daniel has valued providing honest, transparent advice — to clients, homeowners, and previous employers alike. He now leads on a growing client base, responsible for land identification, land and planning management, and stakeholder engagement.
